The National Chairman, Lawyer Alex Quaynor, and Management members of the Lands Commission embarked on a morale-boosting tour of the office premises, welcoming staff back to work after the Christmas break.
The exercise took off on Monday, 6th January 2025, began at the Corporate head office at 37, and ended up at the other premises.
” We are seizing the opportunity to also know other offices occupied by staff in the new head office,” the Executive Secretary, Surv. Benjamin Arthur explained.
The leadership team took time to visit every division and office, exchanging pleasantries and well-wishes with staff members.
The gesture was met with enthusiasm and appreciation, setting a positive tone for the new year.
The visit was seen as a testament to the Commission’s people-centric approach and commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
As staff settle back into their routines, the leadership team’s thoughtful gesture is sure to inspire renewed energy and motivation, driving the organization forward in the year ahead.
